Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026

AdsMetrix.ai ("AdsMetrix," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered platform to plan, create, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text) when you sign up directly, or your name and email when you sign up via "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Facebook."
  • Connected advertising accounts: when you link a Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads account, we receive and store OAuth access tokens and the account/campaign data needed to display and manage your campaigns (e.g. campaign names, ad groups, ads, budgets, performance metrics, and assets). We request only the permissions required to provide the Service.
  • Content you provide: landing page URLs, campaign objectives, uploaded images, and other creative inputs you submit for the Service to process or use in AI-assisted asset generation.
  • Usage and device data: log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically to keep the Service secure and to understand how it's used.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including creating and managing ad campaigns on your behalf via the ad platforms you connect.
  • To generate AI-assisted ad copy, creative suggestions, and image processing based on the URLs and assets you provide.
  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure, including via login with Google or Facebook.
  • To send account-related emails, such as email verification and password reset messages.
  • To monitor, debug, and improve the Service's reliability and performance.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. AI-Generated Content

To generate ad copy and creative suggestions, content you submit (such as a landing page URL and campaign details) may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing. We do not use this content to train third-party AI models beyond what is necessary to generate your requested output. AI-generated suggestions are provided as a starting point — you remain responsible for reviewing and approving anything published to an ad platform.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Ad platforms you connect (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads) — to create, read, and manage the campaigns you ask us to manage.
  • Service providers we use to operate AdsMetrix, such as our database and hosting providers, image processing/hosting infrastructure, stock image search (Pexels), AI generation providers, and our transactional email provider — each bound to use your data only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety — if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AdsMetrix, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers — if AdsMetrix is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and connected-account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account or disconnect an ad platform, we delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, security, or accounting reasons. See our Data Deletion page (/data-deletion) for how to request deletion.

6. Your Rights and Choices

  • You can access and update your account information at any time from your profile.
  • You can disconnect a linked Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads account from within AdsMetrix at any time.
  • You can revoke AdsMetrix's access directly from your Google Account or Facebook Account security settings.
  • You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us (Section 10) or visiting our Data Deletion page.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect your session. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on the Service itself. See our Cookie Policy (/cookie-policy) for details.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or want to exercise your data rights, contact us at contact@adsmetrix.ai.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-product notice where required by law.
