Data Deletion

1. Disconnect a Connected Advertising Account

You can disconnect a linked Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads account at any time from within the AdsMetrix.ai dashboard. Disconnecting stops AdsMetrix from accessing that account going forward and removes the associated access tokens from our systems. It does not delete or change any campaigns already live on that platform — those remain under your control directly on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads.

2. Revoke Access From Google or Facebook Directly

If you signed up or connected an account using "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Facebook," you can revoke AdsMetrix.ai's access at any time from that provider's own account settings:

• Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps with account access
• Facebook: Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites

3. Request Deletion of Your AdsMetrix.ai Data

To request deletion of your AdsMetrix.ai account and associated data, email us at contact@adsmetrix.ai from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will verify your request and delete your account information, connected-account tokens, uploaded assets, and generated content from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, security, or accounting purposes.

4. What Deletion Does Not Affect

Deleting your AdsMetrix.ai account removes your data from our systems, but it does not delete campaigns, ads, or data already published to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads. Those platforms are operated independently of AdsMetrix.ai, and any changes to content already live there must be made directly within Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads.
